Lacrosse was first played Reigate in 1919, and it was one of the most successful clubs in the UK for many years. Our club was re-established in 2009, with a vision to provide a safe, inclusive, supportive and fun environment for girls and women to learn and thrive at playing lacrosse.
The club operates three age groups (development, u15 and adult) with coaches focused on each age group. We play in the SEWLA leagues and tournaments against other South East England clubs.
We welcome all abilities and our players are aged from 9 to 59.
For more information, see our Team app:
Summer season begins!
The venue is South Park Football Club, Whitehall Lane, Reigate RH2 8LG.
• Development squad/u13s : 9.30 to 11.00am
• u15s : 11.00am to 12.30pm
• Senior squad : 12.30pm to 2pm
Please arrive and leave promptly so all temperature checks etc can be done smoothly for each group.
It is important that we consider everyone’s safety and wellbeing in our planning. We’re working to England Lacrosse’s recommendations and adapting them for our club (note, we are being more strict due to having players from multiple schools and year groups). We will tell you more when we see you… but here’s what you need to know:
everyone playing needs to be a registered club member (even if on trial) and have RSVPd on our app at least 48hours prior to play (more on this below)
all players and spectators need to be temperature checked – and will be sent home if at or over 37.5C (so please arrive promptly and don’t drop people off and leave before they’re check!)
we will maintain a register of all players and need them to sign in and out of the sessions
all players need to bring their own labelled water, goggles and stick – if anyone needs a loan stick or goggles, we will keep a register and you will be able to keep these until you have your own.
all players are asked to bring two tops of contrasting colour (ie light and dark) that can be layered to use instead of bibs
all practice sessions will be managed in small groups and will also be distanced (ie 2 metre rule for everyone).
Our Covid Officer is Becs Davies who can be reach via 07398 175556 with any questions, and should be informed if anyone develops symptoms, tests positive or has been in contact with anyone with the virus. This is to comply with Track & Trace requirements.
